Standard Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Our return policy is designed to give you plenty of time to get acquainted with your jewelry.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have a full 30 days to return your merchandise. The 30 days are counted from the day you receive your order, not the date you placed it.

All returns and exchanges must contain merchandise in new condition, including the original jewelry box it came in. You may use your own outer shipping box or reuse the box we originally shipped your order in.

Custom designs and Ring Special Sale Offers are not returnable. Please call or email us for a Return Authorization number.

Custom Ring Return Policy

Our custom designs and Ring Special Sale Offers include some of the most beautiful jewelry ever produced. Since our custom designs, ring specials, and jewelry are made or designed specifically for each client, we are unable to accept returns on these items.

Any ring ordered in a configuration other than the base configuration shown on the site, in size 6.5 or a metal other than White Gold, is considered custom and is therefore not returnable.

Rings ordered in size 7 or larger are considered custom-made and are not returnable. All tennis bracelets are made to order in 7-inch lengths. Eternity rings are made to the exact size ordered and cannot be resized; therefore, they are not returnable.

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We offer a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all engagement rings and diamond fine jewelry.

If you experience damage to your purchase that may result from manufacturing, please contact us so we can evaluate your piece.

A $50 deposit will be taken before shipment of your item to us for evaluation. This covers shipping and an evaluation by our expert jewelers to determine whether the damage is covered by the warranty. This fee is refunded in full for warrantied repairs. We also offer complimentary return shipping for warrantied repairs.

Repairs not covered under the lifetime warranty will be quoted for approval before work begins. If approved, the deposit will be applied to the repair. If you choose not to proceed, the deposit will cover return shipping after evaluation.

If a warranty issue is found, we will repair the covered damage or replace the item without charge.

Repair or service performed by a jeweler other than LabDiamondRings will void the warranty.

Normal wear and tear, loss of gemstones, product loss, theft, and damage caused by failure to obtain necessary repairs are excluded from warranty coverage.

We recommend maintaining independent insurance coverage for your jewelry to help protect against significant damage, loss, or theft.

Free Lifetime Diamond Upgrade

We are proud to offer a free lifetime diamond upgrade. Any loose lab-created diamond purchased from us can be exchanged for credit equal to its original purchase price toward a new lab-created diamond that is at least 50% greater in value.

To qualify, the diamond being upgraded must be accompanied by its original documentation and be in saleable condition.
